Sun Mountain 3.5. To buy or not buy?

I am interested in buying a 3.5 Golf Sun Mountain bag for Christmas. Has anyone had experience with this bag? Or if you tried to do, which I think is a better bag out there?

The 3.5 is a very good bag. It is certainly light, and the straps are very good. It is good on all surfaces because of the rubber "boots" on the lower legs. I love all the pockets it has, but I think there is room for improvement there is. I do not think you go wrong with it. But I think a PING Hoofer (either the Vantage or C1) is a much better bag. The bags are better quality and is very light, the legs are almost as good mountain as the sun, but his braces are much higher. Separators are a little better (they are larger). In general, the PING Hoofer is the best bag I have never used. If you walking is by far the best.
